The provisional 2027 calendar is out: the season opens on 7 March in Thailand and ends on 28 November in Valencia, with Buenos Aires and Adelaide on the schedule.

On 25 September 2026, the MotoGP World Championship unveiled its provisional 2027 calendar: 22 Grands Prix, from 7 March at Buriram (Thailand) to 28 November in Valencia.

What's new

  • Buenos Aires (Gálvez circuit) hosts round 4.
  • Adelaide and its street circuit are the penultimate stop, on 14 November.
  • Hungary drops off the calendar.

A new technical era

2027 marks the switch to 850 cc bikes and the arrival of Pirelli as sole tyre supplier, replacing Michelin. Moto2 and Moto3 race on the same weekends.
